Refund Policy

1. What the fee covers

The fee activates a Source & Sell seller account tied to the invitation code you redeemed. It grants access to the seller portal: catalog browsing, order creation, balance and ledger, and the marketplace export tools.

It does not include product cost, shipping, warehouse fees, or any account balance. Those are quoted and billed separately.

2. No refunds are given for

• Changing your mind, or deciding not to sell after paying.
• Not using, or ceasing to use, the seller account.
• Dissatisfaction with the catalog, supplier pricing, product selection, or platform features.
• Suspension or termination of your account for breach of the Seller Terms.
• Your inability to meet the separate requirements of any third-party marketplace (eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu, Shopline, or others). We provide export tooling; we do not control those platforms' approval decisions.
• Exchange-rate movement between the time you viewed a price and the time you paid.

3. Error correction

These correct our own errors. They are not refunds on request. If either applies, contact us within 90 days of the charge and we will return the funds:

• Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same invitation code. We return every charge beyond the first.
• We could not provision your account — you paid, and for a reason attributable to us we are unable to create your seller account. We return the full fee.

Ninety days is a hard limit: Alipay payments cannot be refunded after that window.

4. Payment methods and currency

We accept card and Alipay, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or Alipay credentials.

Charged in USD. If you pay with Alipay, the RMB amount is set by Alipay’s exchange rate at the time of payment.

Where a return is issued under Section 3, Alipay refunds are processed asynchronously and normally settle within minutes; card refunds normally settle in 5–10 business days.

To raise an error-correction request under Section 3, email support@sourcensell.com with your invitation code, the email address used at checkout, and your Stripe receipt.

一、费用包含什么

该费用用于开通与您所使用的邀请码绑定的卖家账号，包括卖家门户的使用权限：选品浏览、创建订单、余额与流水，以及各平台导出工具。

该费用不包含货款、运费、仓储费用，也不包含任何账户余额。上述费用另行结算。

二、以下情形不予退款

• 支付后改变主意，或决定不再开展销售。
• 未使用或停止使用卖家账号。
• 对选品、供货价格、商品范围或平台功能不满意。
• 因违反《卖家条款》导致账号被暂停或终止。
• 您未能满足第三方平台（eBay、TikTok Shop、Temu、Shopline 等）各自独立的准入要求。我方仅提供导出工具，无法左右上述平台的审核结果。
• 您查看价格时与实际支付时之间的汇率变动。

三、错误更正

以下两项属于对我方自身差错的更正，而非应要求退款。若适用，请在扣款后 90 天内联系我们，我们将退回款项：

• 重复扣款 —— 同一邀请码被扣款一次以上。第一笔之外的所有扣款全额退回。
• 我方无法为您开通账号 —— 您已付款，但因归责于我方的原因导致无法为您创建卖家账号。全额退回。

90 天为硬性期限：支付宝支付在该窗口之后无法退款。

四、支付方式与币种

我们通过 Stripe 支持银行卡与支付宝付款。我们不会接触或存储您的完整卡号或支付宝凭据。

以美元计价扣款。使用支付宝付款时，实际扣划的人民币金额由支付宝在付款时点的汇率决定。

依第三条发出的支付宝退款为异步处理，通常数分钟内到账；银行卡退款通常为 5–10 个工作日。
