How buying works, how supplying works, and how to reach a real person.
The quote form goes straight to our sourcing team — use it for any product, pricing, or availability question.
Request a quote →Account help, supplier questions, legal notices — send a message through the same form and it reaches the right person.
Send a message →Browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and submit a request for quote (RFQ). Our sourcing team replies by email with a written quote — pricing, lead time, and shipping options to your destination — typically within one business day. Orders are confirmed and fulfilled under the terms of that quote.
No. Source & Sell does not process payments on the site. Once you accept a quote, payment and fulfilment are arranged directly with our team under the agreed terms and invoice.
The catalog is quality-checked before listings go live, and product imagery is validated. Stock levels, case dimensions, and lead times come from our warehouse systems rather than estimates.
Often, yes — mention samples in your RFQ and we will include sample availability and cost in the quote.
Yes. The cart page has an "Export to Excel" button that downloads every line — SKUs, prices, specs, and image links — so you can re-key products into your own systems.
Submit an application at /sell with your company details and product range. We review applications and reply by email — expect a response within five business days.
There are no listing fees today. Commercial terms are agreed directly when we onboard your catalog.
Payment terms are agreed in your supplier agreement. The website itself does not hold or move funds.
Your quote confirmation email is the thread for your order — our team shares production, shipping, and tracking updates there as your order moves.
Reply on your order email thread and we will make it right per the terms of your quote. Issues raised within the window stated on your quote are prioritized.
Before production or dispatch, usually yes — reply to your order thread as early as possible. After dispatch, changes follow the terms on your quote.
