How do I place my first order on JFJP?
Browse products, add to cart, and request quotes from suppliers. Once you accept a quote, pay through Trade Assurance (escrow) and we release funds only when goods are confirmed delivered.
What is Trade Assurance?
It is a payment protection program. Your funds are held in escrow until you confirm the shipment matches the agreed spec. If anything is wrong, JFJP mediates a full or partial refund.
How are suppliers verified?
Every supplier on JFJP completes ID verification, business license check, and — on request — an on-site factory audit by our independent inspection partners.
Can I order samples before bulk?
Yes. Most suppliers accept sample orders at 1-piece minimum. Sample cost is usually credited toward your first bulk order.
How do I track my shipment?
After you pay, your Trade Assurance dashboard shows live tracking from factory to port to your door. Customs clearance is handled by our logistics partners.

Supplier FAQ

How do I become a JFJP supplier?
Submit a supplier application at /sell. We review business license, product samples, and factory capacity within 5 business days.
What fees do suppliers pay?
Standard listing is free. Premium membership ($499/month) unlocks unlimited products, priority RFQ matching, and a verified badge.
How does payment work for suppliers?
Buyers pay into JFJP escrow. Once shipment is confirmed, we release funds to you within 3 business days.

Orders & shipping

How do I track my order?
Sign in and visit your account. Each order shows shipment status, estimated delivery, and tracking links.
What if my order is late?
If your supplier misses the agreed delivery date, you can open a dispute. JFJP will mediate within 48 hours.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, before production starts. After production begins, cancellations are subject to the supplier's terms.
