The XPOLAR X Lite is a wearable, cordless sports recovery device: a removable rectangular battery/control pod clips onto a neoprene wrap that carries the hexagonal therapy contact plates, so cold, heat or alternating contrast therapy can be strapped directly onto a joint or muscle group instead of held in place by hand. Published coverage areas are arms, elbows, knees, ankles, calves and shoulders. The brand's packing list for a single unit is the device, two standard straps, two extended straps and a Type-C charging cable.
